Acquired by the college in 1964, this home originally was occupied by local attorney and former trustee Hatton Lovejoy.
The first college family to live in the house was that of Dr. Waights G. Henry Jr., who moved from the former president’s residence in Candler Cottage.
Designed in 1934, the home represents a combination of Georgian and Neoclassical elements.
